BAKED SPAGHETTI

Ingredients
- 16 oz. spaghetti, cooked
- 1 26 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small or ½ large green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small, or ½ large red bell pepper, chopped
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- shredded cheddar cheese
- celery seed to taste
- celery salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- oil for sauteing vegetables
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
- In a skillet, saute the onions and bell peppers and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the vegetables, soup, milk and seasonings together.
- In a large casserole dish, line the bottom with half of the prepared noodles.
- Pour half of the soup mixture over the noodles and top with Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour or until all of the cheese is melted and begins to brown.
