Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- Pepper to taste
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 C. milk
- 1 C. American Cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a sauce pan, combine butter, flour and milk.
- Cook over medium heat until the mixture has thickened.
- Remove from heat.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until the cheese has melted.
Notes
Goes great over vegetables or elbow macaroni for Mac and Cheese.
