Ingredients
- ½ C. cold milk
- ¼ C. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 C. cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites, beaten stiff
- ½ tsp. paprika
Instructions
- Make a thick roux by combining the cold milk, flour, and salt.
- Add cheese, egg yolks and paprika.
- Gently fold in the egg whites.
- Pour into a greased casserole or souffle dish and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm and brown.
