Fettuccini Alfredo

Ingredients
- 1 pint half and half
- 1 cube butter
- 1½ + c Parmesan cheese
- 1-2 cloves minced garlic
- ½-1 t garlic salt(to taste)
- 2 small cans sliced mushrooms(drained)
- 1 small pkg of fettuccine noodles
Instructions
- In a large pot boil noodles until cooked.
- Place half and half, butter and garlic into a sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil and add Parmesan cheese.
- Add cheese slowly until desired thickness.
- Once the desired thickness is achieved, add mushrooms.
- Serve over cooked noodles.
- You can saute shrimp or chicken breast and serve with this.
