Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients
- 12 large cabbage leaves
- 1 lb. ground beef
- ¾ C. cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ C. minced onion
- ⅔ C. milk
- 16 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Instructions
- Boil the cabbage leaves for about 3 minutes in water to soften them.
- Combine the meat, rice, egg, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, onion and milk.
- Place approximately ½ C. of the meat mixture on each cabbage leaf and fold into a package.
- Place each package into the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Combine the tomatoes, brown sugar and lemon juice and pour over the top of the cabbage leaves.
- Cover and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
