Ingredients
  • 1 package sugar cookie dough
  • 1 16oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • ½ C. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Strawberries
  • Kiwi
  • Blueberries
  • 1 can Peach slices in syrup
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325
  2. Place one cube of cookie dough in the bottom of each cup of a muffin pan.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the pan and allow to cool completely.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
  5. Wash, peel and slice the fruit into small chunks.
  6. Spoon the cream cheese mixture onto the cookie dough, top with fruit and whipped topping.

Ingredients
  • ¼ C. butter
  • ½ C. sugar
  • ½ C. brown sugar
  • ½ C. light Karo syrup
  • ½ C. sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large microwave safe dish.
  2. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring every two minutes.
  3. Stir and pour in a shallow, lightly greased casserole dish.
  4. Allow to cool completely.
  5. Cut and wrap individual pieces in waxed paper.
  6. Store in an airtight container.

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Blend together & add:
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 t soda
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 1 t van
  • ¼ t baking powder
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • ½ t nutmeg & clove (opt)
Instructions
  1. Pour batter into bread pans.
  2. Makes 2 loaves.
  3. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.

Ingredients
  • 4-6 small zucchini sliced but don't peel
  • 4-6 tomatoes peeled and cut in half
  • 1 onion diced
  • ¼ c butter
  • ½ grated cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a medium size fry pan, saute onion and zucchini for 5 minutes.
  2. Then add tomatoes.
  3. Cook until tender.
  4. Prior to serving, top with the cheese.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns
  • 2 small cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • ¼ c chopped onion
  • 2 T of butter melted
  • 2 c grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 c cornflakes cereal
  • ¼ c butter
Instructions
  1. Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and melted butter, in a large casserole dish until blended.
  2. Add onion, cheese, and hash-browns.
  3. Cover and place in oven @ 350 for 45 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, place cornflakes and remaining butter and microwave for 1 minute or until butter is melted.
  5. Stir cereal until well coated with the butter.
  6. Remove the casserole from the oven and stir well.
  7. Sprinkle the cereal on top and return to the oven, uncovered, for an additional 15 minutes.

 

Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
  • 3 cups warm water, 110 degrees
  • ½ oz active dry yeast
  • ⅓ c honey
  • 5 cups bread flour
  • 3 T melted butter
  • ⅓ c honey
  • 1 t salt
  • 3½ cups wheat flour
  • butter
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and ⅓ c honey. Add 5 cups white bread flour, and stir to combine. Let set for 30 minutes, or until big and bubbly.
  2. Mix in 3 T melted butter, ⅓ c honey, and salt. Stir in 2 cups whole wheat flour. Flour a flat surface and knead with whole wheat flour until not real sticky, just pulling away from the counter, but still sticky to touch. This may take an additional 2 to 4 cups of whole wheat flour. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to coat the surface of the dough. Cover with a dishtowel. Let rise in a warm place until doubled.
  3. Punch down, and divide into 3 loaves. Place in greased 9×5 inch loaf pans, and allow to rise until dough has topped the pans by one inch.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes, do not over bake. Lightly brush the tops of loaves with butter when done to prevent crust from getting hard. Cool completely.

 

Velveeta Chili Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 Ib Velveeta cheese
  • 1 sm can Rotel tomatoes(hot)
  • 1 sm can chopped green chilies
  • 1 sm can chili
Instructions
  1. Slice Velveeta in 1” cubes.
  2. Place in a fondue pot or in a microwaveable dish and slowly melt.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients, until hot.
  4. Serve with your favorite chips, or use as a topping and pour over a baked potato.

 

Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients
  • 12 cups fresh bread cubes
  • (6 c white & 6 c wheat)
  • 1 c butter
  • ¾ c finely chopped onion
  • 1½ c chopped celery
  • 1 T salt
  • 1 t pepper
  • 1 T sage
  • 1 T poultry seasoning
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, prepare bread cubes. In a medium size pan, place butter, celery, onion and all seasonings. Cook until onion and celery are tender. Pour the mixture over the bread cubes so they are moistened.
  2. You can use this to stuff your bird, or place in a casserole dish and bake at 250 until the mixture is heated all the way through.

 

Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2-3 green onions chopped
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • ½ c minced fresh parsley
  • 2 hard boiled eggs chopped fine
  • 2 t cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Mayo and or Miracle Whip to taste

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Serve on your favorite roll or sliced bread.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 sm can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 sm can condensed cream of celery soup
  • ½ can evaporated milk
  • 32 oz tater tots
  • grated cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a medium size fry pan, brown beef and onion.
  3. Pour cooked mixture into a 13×9 casserole pan.
  4. Place the tater tots over the meat.
  5. In a medium size bowl, mix both soups and milk until blended.
  6. Pour over the tater tots.
  7. Place in the oven uncovered and bake for 1 hour.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle grated cheese over the top to melt.

Ingredients
  • 1 Ib cooked ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 lg can chili beans
  • 1 lg can kidney beans
  • 1 lg can tomato sauce
  • 1 lg can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • ¾ c sliced carrots or corn
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 pkg corn chips
  • 2 c grated cheese
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients in a crock pot and simmer for 1 hour.
  2. Serve with cheese and crumbled corn chips.

 

Taco Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 Ib cooked ground beef or chicken(shred)
  • 1 head lettuce chopped
  • 1 c tomatoes chopped
  • 1 c grated cheddar cheese or Mexican blend
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 1 can beans drained(black, kidney, or pinto)
  • 1 bottle Catalina dressing
  • 1 12 oz pkg Nacho Doritos crumbled
  • The salad pictured substituted ranch dressing, white onion and Cool Ranch Doritos.
Instructions
  1. Mix the first 7 ingredients together.
  2. Chill.
  3. Prior to serving pour in dressing and stir well.
  4. Serve and garnish with crumbled Doritos.

 

Taco Dip 7 Layer Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 sm can re-fried beans
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
  • 1 sm container of guacamole
  • (your favorite)
  • 1 sm container sour cream
  • 1 c salsa(your favorite)
  • 1 c cheese grated, cheddar or mexi style
  • ½ cup green onions sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 sm can sliced olives
  • 1 bag corn chips
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl mix beans and taco mix well. In a 9×13 pan, spread bean mixture. Then spread your guacamole, then the sour cream, then drizzle the salsa over that layer. Next add your grated cheese, onions, olives, diced tomatoes. This is a fun recipe you can change to your own taste.
  2. In place of the bean mixture you can substitute 2 cans already prepared bean dip,(hot or mild) or 1-16oz container cottage cheese, mixed with 1-8 oz pkg softened cream cheese mixed with 1 pkg taco seasoning.
