Ingredients
  • 1 12 oz. package of milk chocolate chips.
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 C. peanut butter chips
  • 1 C. chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. In a heavy sauce pan over low heat melt chocolate chips with condensed mil. and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir frequently until melted.
  3. Remove from heat and aff peanut butter chips and nuts.
  4. Stir just enough to distribute the chips throughout the mixture.
  5. Spread evenly into an aluminum foil lined 8 inch square pan.
  6. Chill for two hours or until firm.
  7. Turn fudge out onto a cutting board and peal off the foil.
  8. Cut into squares.
  9. Store covered at room temperature.

Ingredients
  • 2 C. sugar
  • ½ C. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ¾ C. peanut butter
Instructions
  1. Bring sugar and milk to a boil. Stir constantly to prevent burning the milk.
  2. Boil for 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour into a 9X9 pan.
  5. Cool completely before cutting.

  • 4 c powdered sugar
  • 1 c flaked coconut
  • 1 c butter, softened
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 c creamy peanut butter
Instructions
  1. Mix graham cracker, powdered sugar and coconut together.
  2. Add butter, vanilla, and peanut butter until combined.
  3. Roll or press mixture into 1-inch balls.

  • 4 C. powdered sugar
  • 1 C. margarine
  • 2 C. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 pkg. graham crackers, finely crushed
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a sauce pan.
  2. Beat the powdered sugar into the butter.
  3. Mix in the peanut butter and graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased cake pan.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and spread over the top.
  6. Chill for 10-15 minutes before cutting.

  • 1 ¼ C. powdered sugar
  • ½ c. peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of the powdered sugar and cocoa.
  2. Stir in the peanut butter, milk, and vanilla.
  3. Form the mixture into balls.
  4. Roll each ball in ¼ cup powdered sugar.
  5. Place candy on plate and serve

Ingredients
  • 2 C. oats
  • ½ C. non fat dry milk
  • ½ C. unsweetened coconut
  • ½ C. sunflower seeds
  • ½ C. sesame seeds
  • ½ C. wheat germ
  • ½ C. peanuts
  • ½ C. chopped apricots
  • ½ C. dried cranberries
  • ½ C. raisins
Instructions
  1. Mix all in a big bowl
  2. mix the following in a big sauce pan ⅔ C. brown sugar, ⅔ C. chunky peanut butter, ½ C. oil, ¼ C. honey
  3. Stir together over medium heat until mixture reaches a boil.
  4. Pour mixture over oats and mix well.
  5. Turn out on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 45 minutes stirring every ten minutes.
  6. Pat down with a spatula and store in an airtight container.

  • 10-12 C. popped corn
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1 C. corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  1. Combine sugar and syrup in a sauce pan and bring to full boil.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla and pour over popcorn.

  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • ½ c. celery, minced
  • ⅓ c. peanut butter
  • 1 can condensed chicken broth
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 3 c. milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped peanuts if desired

  1. Saute onion and celery in butter until onions are clear, add remaining ingredients and simmer on low until heated.

  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup white Karo syrup
Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, water and karo syrup.
  2. Using a candy thermometer, Cook to 250 degrees F. , add raw peanuts and stir.
  3. Bring to 325 degrees F. and remove from heat.
  4. Add 2 Tbsp butter 1½ tsp vanilla ½ tsp salt Stir.
  5. Add 1 Tbsp soda and pour into buttered pan.
  6. Allow to cool completely and crack into pieces.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups raw peanuts
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup white Karo syrup
Instructions
  1. Butter a cookie sheet and set aside.
  2. Mix water, sugar, peanuts, and syrup in a large sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  3. Cook on high heat until candy thermometer reaches hard crack stage (310°F). Remove from heat.
  4. Quickly stir in butter first and then add the baking soda and stir until dissolved.
  5. Pour the mixture on the buttered cookie sheet and allow to coll for at least an hour. Mixture will harden as it cools.
  6. Break into pieces and serve.

Ingredients
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 1 lg. carrot, pared and diced
  • 1 rib celery, chopped
  • 1 green or red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 5 c. chicken stock
  • ⅔ c. chunk style peanut butter
  • 2 lg. tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 2 or more c. cooked chicken meat, diced
  • 1 c. milk
  • white pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • chopped roasted peanuts
Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan heat the oil.
  2. Sauté onion, carrot, celery and pepper until soft and onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in flour first and then slowly stir in chicken stock.
  4. Bring stock and vegetables to a boil stirring constantly.
  5. Add peanut butter, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Add tomatoes, chicken,milk and seasonings and continue to simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Garnish with roasted peanuts.

  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ c. water
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • juice from half a lemon

  1. In a non-stick pan, combine all ingredients, stirring constantly over medium heat until peanut butter has melted.
  2. Use as a sauce over noodles, vegetables, chicken, or beef.

Ingredients
  • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • ½ cup minced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon hot chili pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • ⅓ cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup of water
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine oil, onion, garlic and chili pepper and blend for 1 minute
  2. Pour into a saucepan and place over low heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add peanut butter and mix well.
  3. Add water and let simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened.
  4. Stir in vinegar and sugar; continue to simmer for 2 more minutes.

Ingredients
  • ½ C. sugar
  • 12-oz bottle of beer
  • 2⅔ cups flour
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the batter into a lightly greased loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 375 for 50-55 minutes
Notes
Variations to use in place of the beer:
Cinn-A-Dew -Mountain Dew, ½ c. cinnamon chips, sprinkle with 1 Tbls. sugar.

Ginger Bread -Root Beer, ½ cup molasses, one scoop Chai, no butter on top.

Cherry Bread -Black Cherry Soda and chopped marchino cherries.

Cranberry Orange Bread- Orange Juice and chopped cranberries.

Orange Bread- Orange Crush and drained mandarin oranges.

Peanut Butter Bread -Cream Soda and ½ c. peanut butter chips.
