Chicken Vegetable Casserole

- 8 oz. stuffing mix
- ½ C. margarine, melted
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- ½ C. chicken broth
- 3 C. chicken, cooked
- 1½ C. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 2 tbsp. chopped celery and onion
- Chopped mushrooms to taste
- 5 oz. evaporated milk
- Mix stuffing mix and margarine together.
- Using half of the stuffing mix, cover the bottom if a casserole dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over stuffing.
- Top with remaining stuffing mix.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
