Ingredients
- 2 lbs. round steak
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lrg. onion, sliced
- 1 can tomatoes
Instructions
- Cut round steak into serving sized pieces.
- Season steaks with salt and pepper and place in a crock pot.
- Place sliced onions on top and cover with tomatoes.
- Cover and set to high for 1 hour.
- Lower heat to low and cook for 8-10 hours.
