Ingredients
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp. whole grain mustard
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 1 C. broccoli - Cooked and finely chopped.
  • ¼ C. red peppers, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. scallions, chopped
Instructions
  1. Beat cheese, mustard and milk until blended.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Chill in fridge until cold.
  4. Serve with Chicken flavored crackers.

 

Velveeta Chili Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 Ib Velveeta cheese
  • 1 sm can Rotel tomatoes(hot)
  • 1 sm can chopped green chilies
  • 1 sm can chili
Instructions
  1. Slice Velveeta in 1” cubes.
  2. Place in a fondue pot or in a microwaveable dish and slowly melt.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients, until hot.
  4. Serve with your favorite chips, or use as a topping and pour over a baked potato.

Ingredients
  • 1 sm can re-fried beans
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning mix
  • 1 sm container of guacamole
  • (your favorite)
  • 1 sm container sour cream
  • 1 c salsa(your favorite)
  • 1 c cheese grated, cheddar or mexi style
  • ½ cup green onions sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 sm can sliced olives
  • 1 bag corn chips
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl mix beans and taco mix well. In a 9×13 pan, spread bean mixture. Then spread your guacamole, then the sour cream, then drizzle the salsa over that layer. Next add your grated cheese, onions, olives, diced tomatoes. This is a fun recipe you can change to your own taste.
  2. In place of the bean mixture you can substitute 2 cans already prepared bean dip,(hot or mild) or 1-16oz container cottage cheese, mixed with 1-8 oz pkg softened cream cheese mixed with 1 pkg taco seasoning.

 

Spicey Chicken Spread

Ingredients
  • 2 lg cans of chicken
  • 1 pkg of softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar or mexi blend cheese
  • ranch dressing
  • Frank's hot sauce
  • crackers, your favorite
Instructions
  1. Mix chicken and both cheeses until the chicken is coated.
  2. Add ranch dressing and continue mixing until desired consistency for a spread.
  3. Start adding Frank’s hot sauce. I use ½ bottle or more, I like it hot.
  4. Chill.
  5. Serve on your favorite cracker.

 

Shrimp Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 8 oz pkg of cream cheese softened
  • 1 can drained tiny shrimp
  • Bon Appetit to taste
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, place cream cheese and stir until it is smooth.
  2. Add the sour cream and mix well. Then add your shrimp.
  3. Season with Bon Appetit. (1/2 tsp+)Refridgerate for 1 hour.
  4. Make sure you have plenty of Wavy Lays or Ruffles, this dip won’t last long.

 

Guacamole

Ingredients
  • 3 avocados
  • 1 red onion, chopped (about ¼ c)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, finely chopped (or to taste)
  • 1 large ripe garden tomato (or 2 smaller tomatoes), diced
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 4-5 shakes green Tabasco sauce
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Fresh cracked pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Pit avocados and mash in a bowl.
  2. If you like your guacamole kind of chunky (that’s how we like it), coarsely chop with the side of a fork instead of using the fork to mash it straight down.
  3. Carefully stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed.

 

Fruit Dip

  • 1 jar creamed marshmallow
  • 1 small container of strawberry cream cheese
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, empty the strawberry cream cheese and beat with a mixer.
  2. Then add the jar of marshmallow.
  3. Let chill 1 hour before serving.
  4. Serve with your favorite fruit.

 

Cream Cheese Rotel Dip

Ingredients
  • 2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese
  • 1 lg can Rotel tomatoes(hot)
  • 2 sm cans diced green chilies
  • 1 sm can chili
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a microwaveable bowl and cook slowly until heated.
  2. Serve with your favorite corn chips.

 

Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese melted
  • 1 sm can green chilies
  • 1 sm can rotel tomatoes(I like to use the hot ones)
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • ½ c sour cream
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Microwave until melted.
  3. Serve with your favorite corn chip.
  4. You can put this mixture in a fondue pot for parties.

 

Roasted Garlic-Bacon Dip

Roasted Garlic-Bacon Dip

Ingredients
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 6 slices of chopped crisp bacon
  • 1½ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • chives, chopped
  • scallions, chopped
  • worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil
Instructions
  1. Peel the garlic cloves, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil and bake at 400 degrees until tender, about 45 minutes. When Cooled, mash into a pulp.
  2. Saute 1 each chopped yellow and red onion in olive oil over low heat until caramelized.
  3. Allow onions to cool and mix with sour cream, mayonnaise, roasted garlic and chopped chives and scallions.
  4. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste
  5. Add crumbled bacon and mix together.
  6. Chill and serve.

 

Curried Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 C. plain yogurt
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • ¼ tsp. white horseradish
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Mix well and chill before serving.
