Ingredients
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 6 slices of chopped crisp bacon
- 1½ cup sour cream
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- chives, chopped
- scallions, chopped
- worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil
Instructions
- Peel the garlic cloves, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil and bake at 400 degrees until tender, about 45 minutes. When Cooled, mash into a pulp.
- Saute 1 each chopped yellow and red onion in olive oil over low heat until caramelized.
- Allow onions to cool and mix with sour cream, mayonnaise, roasted garlic and chopped chives and scallions.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste
- Add crumbled bacon and mix together.
- Chill and serve.
