Basic Crepes

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1½ c. flour
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- 1½ c. skim milk
Instructions
- In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and beat by hand until smooth and lump free.
- If possible, refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Put 2-3 tablespoons of batter in the bottom of a non stick skillet and flip when bottom is browned.
