This is one of my personal favorites and something that I always have on hand. DELICIOUS!
Ingredients
- 2 large cans pitted black olives, drained
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Optional Ingredients:
- Anchovies, bay leaves, lemon juice.
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, add all ingredients and and combine until a thick paste forms.
- Spread over toasted bread or crackers.
