Ingredients
- 7-8 lg. potatoes, baked and cooled
- ½ lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- ½ c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
- Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out potatoes.
- Brush inside of skin with butter and add bacon and onions.
- Top with plenty of cheese.
- Bake at 450 until crispy (about 15 minutes).
