Ingredients
- ½ lb. sausage, browned and drained
- 1¼ C. Bisquick
- ¼ C. margarine, softened
- 2 tbsp. water, boiling
- ½ C. half and half
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. green onions (optional)
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ C. shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375
- Generously grease the inside of a muffin tin.
- Mix the Bisquick, margarine and water and mix until a dough forms.
- Place 1 tbsp. of dough into each of the muffin cups pressing it in the bottom and up the sides.
- Divide the sausage evenly into each of the cups.
- Mix the remaining ingredients except for the cheese and spoon about 1 tbsp. into each cup.
- Sprinkle cheese onto the tops of each cup.
- Bake at 375 for approximately 25-30 minutes or until the edges are brown and the center is set.
