Ingredients
- ⅓ C. celery, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- ¼ C. green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp. butter
- ½ Cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 whole trout
Instructions
- In a glass baking dish, combine the vegetables and butter and microwave on high until tender. About 3 minutes.
- Stir the bread crumbs into the vegetable mixture and use to stuff the trout.
- In a small bowl, melt 1 tbsp. butter and 2 tsp. lemon juice.
- Brush the top of the fish with the lemon and butter mixture.
- Microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
