Ingredients
- ½ pkg. sausage
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 5 c. whole milk
- 1½ tsp. salt
- 1½ tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Cook sausage until done. Add butter and flour.
- Simmer for a few minutes on medium heat stirring frequently.
- Add milk, salt and pepper.
- Simmer over medium-high heat stirring constantly until you reach the desired thickness.
- Spoon gravy over biscuits and enjoy!
