Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts (14 oz.), chopped and drained
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
- ½ C. heavy cream
- 1 8oz. package of cream cheese
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 C. Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 C. Parmesan cheese, shredded (save ½ for top)
Instructions
- Mix the spinach and cheese first and add remaining ingredients, reserving ½ C. parmesan for top.
- Pour into a baking dish and top with the reserved Parmesan.
- Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
