Coconut Pudding Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box cake, any flavor
- ½ C. milk
- ¼ C. sugar
- 1 C. coconut, divided
- 1 pkg. cool whip (8 oz.)
Instructions
- Bake the cake as per the package directions and cool completely.
- Boil milk, sugar, ½ of the coconut and cool.
- Poke holes in the cake with a straw or large fork.
- Pour the milk mixture over the cake and into the holes.
- Mix cool Whip with the remaining coconut and spread over the cake.
- Sprinkle the top with more coconut if desired.
