Ingredients
- 2 C. all purpose flour, sifted
- 1 C. packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. Baking soda
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 C. butter
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients well and using fingers combine with butter until crumbly.
- Press dough into a 9 inch cake pan.
- Bake at 325 for 45-60 minutes.
- Cut into wedges while still warm.
