Ingredients
- 1½ C. water
- 2 tbsp. yeast
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- ¼ C. shortening, melted and cooled
- 4 C. flour
Instructions
- Grease pan and melt shortening.
- Combine water and yeast with 1 tsp. sugar.
- Add remaining sugar, eggs and salt to the yeast and beat.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Cover and allow to raise in refrigerator overnight.
- An hour before cooking, roll out and cut into circles or triangles.
- Brush with butter, roll up and allow to rise.
- Bake at 400 for 5-10 minutes.
- Brush with butter after baking.
