Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Asiago cheese
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • ½ tsp. Italian herb seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and roll into 1 inch balls.
  2. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until done.

    These are one of my family’s favorites. You may need to add more bread crumbs to make them stick better. Delicious on Spaghetti!
