Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. grated Asiago cheese
- 1 tsp. basil
- ½ tsp. Italian herb seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and roll into 1 inch balls.
- Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until done.
These are one of my family’s favorites. You may need to add more bread crumbs to make them stick better. Delicious on Spaghetti!
