Ingredients
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. margarine
- 3 tbsp. shortening
- tbsp. salt
- C. canned milk
- 2 C. powdered sugar
Instructions
- Stir together everything but the milk and bring to a boil.
- Add canned milk and bring to a boil.
- Let boil for three minutes and remove from heat.
- Let cool and add powdered sugar.
