Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 1 lb sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- ¼ tsp. salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In bowl, beat sweet potatoes and butter together until smooth and lump free.
- Add milk, orange rind, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and eggs and mix together well.
- Pour into pie shell and bake 30 minutes or until golden brown cool.
- And top with whipped cream.
