Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1½ c milk
- 1 flour
- ¼ t salt
- ¼ t sugar
- 1 t butter (browned butter is best)
- 1 t vanilla (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well. Cook in a lightly greased omelet pan.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
