Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ c milk
  • 1 flour
  • ¼ t salt
  • ¼ t sugar
  • 1 t butter (browned butter is best)
  • 1 t vanilla (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients well. Cook in a lightly greased omelet pan.
  2. Serve with your favorite toppings.
