Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 c shortening
  • 1 c white sugar
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1 t baking soda
  • ½ t salt
  • 4½ cups flour
  • 1 sm pkg chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add ingredients in the order listed.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Drop by spoonful onto a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
