Ingredients
- 1 C. flour
- ½ C. cornstarch
- ½ C. butter, softened
- ¼ C. powdered sugar
- ½ lemon rind, grated
- ½ orange rind, grated
Instructions
- Cream the butter and sugar together.
- Combine remaining ingredients and mix into the butter mixture.
- Roll out into an 8 inch circle and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Prick the top all over with a fork and flute the edges.
- Cut into 12 wedges and sprinkle with additional powdered sugar.
- Allow to set in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Bake at 325 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cook for at least 5 minutes before turning out on a wire rack.
