Ingredients
- 3 squares semi-sweet chocolate
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 (10 oz.) bag miniature marshmallows
- 1 pkg. coconut flakes
Instructions
- Melt together chocolate and butter.
- Stir in powdered sugar.
- Beat egg and add.
- Stir well.
- Mix in marshmallows.
- Butter clean hands.
- Roll mixture into two equal sized logs on wax paper.
- Roll in flaked coconut until well coated.
- Seal rolls in wax paper and refrigerate overnight.
- The next day, slice rolls into ½ inch slices as needed.
