Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, cooked and de-boned
- 1 pkg. stuffing mix
- 1 can carrots, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- ¾ C. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the stuffing according to the box instructions.
- Layer the stuffing, chicken, carrots, salt and pepper in a casserole dish.
- Mix, soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice and pour over the top of the chicken.
- Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
