Ingredients
- 2 lg. egg yolks
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- ⅓ c. butter, melted and HOT
- 1½ tsp. hot water
Instructions
- Place egg yolks and lemon juice into a blender and blend until mixed well.
- While blender is still running, SLOWLY pour the butter in.
- Add the water to thin out if needed.
- Serve this immediately. Do not store.
- This goes GREAT over cooked vegetables.
