Ingredients
- 2 C. cooked rice
- 1 C. cheese, shredded
- 1 can tuna, drained
- ¾ C. black olives, chopped
- 1 tbsp. instant onion flakes
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp. milk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Spray or grease 6 muffin tins and spoon mixture into cups.
- Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until light brown.
- Spoon a butter sauce made from ¼ C. melted butter, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and ½ tsp. parsley flakes over the top.
