Ingredients
- ⅓ C. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 2 lbs pork, cubed
- ¼ C. vegetable oil
- 6 cans chopped green chilies
- ½ C. salsa
- 12 flour tortillas
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a large bag, combine the flour, salt and pepper.
- Add the cubed pork and shake the bag to coat all of the pieces.
- In a large skillet, cook all of the pork in oil until no longer pink.
- Add the chilies and salsa to the skillet and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
- Spoon meat and chilies mixture onto tortillas and top with cheese.
- Roll up tortillas and serve.
