Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground sausage
- 5 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 C. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 slices bread, crushed and crumbled
- 1 C. cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
- Brown sausage in a skillet and drain off the fat.
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into a casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
- Serves 6-8
