Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 8 slices white bread
- ¼ Lb. cubed ham
- ⅛ Lb. cooked sausage
- ⅛ Lb. cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 small can green chilies, diced
- 2 C. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 8 eggs
- 2 C. milk
- ½ tsp. dry mustard
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ½ tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
Instructions
- Break the bread into small pieces and put in the bottom of a greased 9X13 casserole dish.
- Spread the meat over the bread and sprinkle with cheese.
- In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the egg mixture over the meat and bread.
- Cover and allow to sit overnight in the refrigerator.
- Next morning, bake uncovered until the eggs have set.
