Easy Cheese sauce

Ingredients
  • ¼ C. margarine
  • ¼ C. Bisquick
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 2 C. milk
  • 1 C. shredded cheese
Instructions
  1. Melt butter over low heat.
  2. Blend in Bisquick, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook over low heat while stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the milk.
  5. Heat until boiling while stirring constantly.
  6. Boil and stir for 1 minute and remove from heat.
  7. Stir in cheese.
