Easy Cheese sauce

Ingredients
- ¼ C. margarine
- ¼ C. Bisquick
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 2 C. milk
- 1 C. shredded cheese
Instructions
- Melt butter over low heat.
- Blend in Bisquick, salt and pepper.
- Cook over low heat while stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly.
- Remove from heat and stir in the milk.
- Heat until boiling while stirring constantly.
- Boil and stir for 1 minute and remove from heat.
- Stir in cheese.
