Ingredients
- 2-3 C. Chicken
- 1 qt. chicken broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 4 med. potatoes, diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can mushrooms
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 2 C. Bisquick
- 1½ C. milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375.
- In a large sauce pan, cook the onion, celery and potatoes in a small amount of water until almost done.
- Add frozen vegetables and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add broth, soup mix and mushrooms (including juice form mushrooms) and heat.
- Add chicken, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Mix Bisquick and milk together and pour over the top of the chicken and vegetables.
- Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
