BBQ Pork

Ingredients
- 3-4 lb bone in pork shoulder
- 1 onion, diced
- ½ C. vinegar
- ¼ C. brown sugar
- ¼ C. catsup
- 2 tbsp. margarine
- ½ tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 bay leaf
- ¼ tsp garlic
- Dash of pepper sauce
Instructions
- Cook the meat in a crock pot until done. Cool completely.
- Remove the fat from the meat and pull the meat from the bone in big chunks.
- Chop the meat or shred into smaller pieces.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a large sauce pan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Do not cover!
- Discard the bay leaf, stir in meat and heat throughout.
- Serve on toasted buns.
