Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. margarine
- ¼ C. chopped onion
- 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 egg
- ½ C. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1½ lbs hamburger
- ⅓ C. water
Instructions
- Cook onion in the margarine until brown.
- In a large bowl, beat together ⅓ C. cream of mushroom soup and 1 egg.
- Stir in the bread crumbs and salt.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Stir cooked onion and the beef to the bread crumbs and mix well.
- Shape into 6 patties.
- Put patties into a lightly greased 9x13 pan.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes and drain.
- Blend the remaining soup and water together and pour over the patties.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
