Ingredients
- 1 chuck or round steak (2 pounds) about 2 inches thick.
- 1 pkg. Lipton Onion soup mix.
Instructions
- Place meat on a large sheet of aluminum foil and sprinkle both sides with the soup mix.
- Wrap foil loosely around the steak sealing the edges and making airtight.
- Place packaged steak in a casserole dish and bake at 374 for 1 hour or until steak is tender.
- Thicken the gravy if desired and pour over the steak.
- Makes about 8 servings.
