Creamy Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
  • ½ c. cream cheese
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. pepper
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 3 tbsp. dry parsley
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until there are in no lumps.
  2. Simmer in a sauce pan on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
