Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 8 slices bacon, crisp cooked, drained & crumbled
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1¼ c. half & half
- ½ tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Stir together bacon and cheese. Put in pie shell. Add remaining ingredients to beaten eggs. Beat until well blended. Pour over bacon and cheese mixture.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
