Ingredients
- ½ c soft margarine
- ½ c peanut butter
- ½ c brown sugar
- ¼ c white sugar
- 3 T white sugar
- 1 T vanilla
- ¼ T salt
- 1¾ c flour
- 1 T baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg Hershey Kisses
Instructions
- Cream butter, peanut butter, both brown and ¼ c white sugar, egg, vanilla, & salt.
- Add flour. Roll into 1” balls.
- Place the 3 T of white sugar in a bowl.
- Roll each cookie in the sugar and place the cookie on the baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 8 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and place a Hershey Kiss in the center of the cookie.
