Ingredients
- ⅔ C. sugar
- ¼ C. margarine
- 1 Egg
- ½ C. milk
- 1½ C. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
Instructions
- Mix well and spread half of the dough in a 9 inch pie tin.
- Combine ½ C. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. melted butter, 2 tsp. cinnamon and ½ tsp. nutmeg to make a streusel.
- Cover the dough i the pan with apple slices and the streusel mixture.
- Top with remaining dough.
- Bake at 375 for 25-35 minutes.
