Cinnamon Bread

Ingredients
- ¼ C. butter
- 1/C. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 C. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 C. sour milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350
- To sour the milk, add 1 tbsp. of vinegar to the milk and allow to stand for several minutes.
- Cream the butter and sugar together and add the eggs and vanilla next. Mix in the dry ingredients and add the sour milk last. Mix all ingredients well.
- In a separate bowl, mix 3 tbsp. of brown sugar and 1½ tbsp of cinnamon together.
- Pour ⅓ of the mixture into a loaf pan and sprinkle the cinnamon mixture on top, complete this process until all of the batter and cinnamon mixture has been used. Run a knife through the batter several times to mix the cinnamon and sugar into the batter and create swirls.
- Bake at 350 for one hour.
- You can also add raisins to the batter if desired.
