Ingredients
- Pork chops, Browned
- 1 Can cream of mushroom soup
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- Onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Make a layer of potatoes, carrots and onions in the bottom of a casserole dish and cover with half of the soup.
- Make a second layer of potatoes, carrots and onions and cover with remaining soup.
- Place browned pork chops on top and cove the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 250 for 2 hours removing foil for the last 10 minutes.
