Ingredients
- 1 pkg refrigerated sugar cookie mix, sliced.
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- If the mixture is too thick, take the juice from a can of pineapple to thin.
- 4 cups assorted cut-up fruit(kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, sliced peaches, drained can of mandarin oranges, or canned pineapple)or any of your favorites.
- 1 pkg Danish Dessert; any flavor (prepared and cool, don't allow to set)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Line a 12-inch pizza pan with foil; spray with cooking spray.
- Arrange cookie dough slices in single layer on prepared pan; press together to form crust.
- Bake 11-15 minutes until done, then cool completely. Invert onto a 12” serving platter and carefully remove foil. Turn crust over.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and fruit juice with mixer until well blended. Spread over crust.
- Top with your favorite fruits, and take your Danish Dessert and pour over the pizza like a glaze. Refrigerate 2 hours.
