Creamy Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
  • 2¾ cups powdered sugar
  • 6 T cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 6 T butter softened
  • 5 T evaporated milk
  • 1 t vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth.
