Vodka Sauce

Ingredients
  • ½ c. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ c. fresh parsley
  • ¼ c. onions, choped
  • 1 can whole peeled tomatoes
  • 1 pt. heavy cream
  • ½ c. vodka
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a sauce pan, add oil, butter onions and garlic. Saute until onions are clear.
  2. Add vodka, tomatoes and parsley. Slowly mix in the cream.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste, add pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
