- 2 C. Heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. buttermilk
- In a glass bowl, stir the buttermilk into the heavy cream. It is important that you do not use a metal container.
- leave the container, partially covered, to sit at room temperature until it's as thick as you need it. Usually 9-20 hours.
