Breakfast Balls

- 2 lbs sausage, ground
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp. dried onion flakes
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- ½ lb cheddar cheese, shredded
- Mix all ingredients together and form into 1 inch balls.
- Place balls onto a cookie sheet or broiler pan.
- Bake at 375 for 25 minutes
